Step 2. Create an account
1. The next step is to create an account.
2. You will be asked to create a new password. Create a strong password. Once you have your password, click Create
A strong password contains 14 or more characters and utilizes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
3. Metamask will then provide some information about your accounts Secret Recovery Phrase and on the next page you will see your phrase
It is incredibly important that you read and follow MetaMask's instructions on this page. Write down your secret phrase on a sheet of paper and place it in a secure location. If a scammer or hacker gets access to this code, you will LOSE EVERYTHING. The importance of this secret pass phase's security cannot be overstated.
4. Write down the 12-word phrase on a piece of paper in the same order as presented.
NEVER give your passphrase to anyone. The only people or sites that ask you for this information are SCAMMERS. The only time you will use it is to recover your wallet on a different device or restore your wallet on your current device. Again, NEVER share your passphrase with anyone.
5. Verify your secret phrase by selecting the previously generated phrase in the original order presented. When done, click Confirm.
Once you complete this task you have confirmed that you know your secret phrase.

You have successfully created your MetaMask account. A new Ethereum wallet address has been automatically generated for you.
For Mobile Users
The process to create a wallet on a mobile device is nearly identical to the PC process. The main difference is you will find the MetaMask App on the Google Play store or Apple App Store. From there you will download the app to your phone and proceed to set up a new account following the steps above.
How to Import your Metamask to your phone:
Very simple. Download and install the app on your mobile device as normal.
Step 1
Instead of creating a new account, you will choose Import using Secret Recovery Phrase
Step 2
Enter your 12 word Secret recovery Phase in the Secret Recovery Phrase field, with a space between each word.
Step 3 Enter a new password for the MetaMask wallet App, then click import.
Step 4 If everything is successful, you will see the following congratulations page.
Now you have your wallet on your phone!
Even if you have multiple wallets/accounts on your PC MetaMask your imported wallet will only show a single wallet/account. To import the additional wallets/accounts simply add an account. The additional accounts will populate in the same order as your PC-based MetaMask extension.
